These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Frenchy website at www.frenchy.sg and any catering orders placed through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Catering Orders

Placing an Order

All catering orders placed through our website are subject to availability and our acceptance. Completing the checkout process constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

Lead Time

Catering orders require advance notice. The minimum lead time will be specified at the time of ordering or communicated by our team. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe.

Pricing

All prices on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but any change will not affect orders for which a confirmation has already been sent.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card and debit card through our secure online payment provider. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. We do not store your payment card details.

Customisation and Flavour Selections

Where products allow for flavour or filling selections, your preference should be noted in the order notes at checkout. We will make every effort to accommodate your selection, but reserve the right to substitute with a comparable option if a particular choice is unavailable, with prior notice where possible.

Cancellations and Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@frenchy.sg. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation will have already commenced. We will assess each case individually and act fairly.

Refunds

If there is an issue with your order — such as incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with details and, where possible, photos. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Allergen Information

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, shellfish, and other common allergens. Whilst we take care, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergen traces. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before placing an order to discuss your requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, branding, and product photography — is the property of Epicura Pte. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Frenchy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
